Safety
While we are all about having fun and creating fantastic events, your children’s safety is our number one priority. We take every step possible to ensure the safety of all our products out on hire.
- In addition to carrying out our own safety check on products before each hire, all our inflatables are professionally tested and certified every 12 months.
- Customers are required to read the safety instructions/terms & conditions of hire associated with our products during the online booking process. The customer's e-signature on these safety instructions/terms & conditions confirms that the hiree has read, understood and agrees to adhere to these safety instructions/terms & conditions for the duration of their hire of our products.
While we stand over the safety of our products, the most important part of the process is down to the customer. By this we mean adult supervision. All inflatables/products must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Talk to the children when they are using the equipment. Make sure there is no horseplay, jumping off sidewalls or slides, going down the slide head first. If you think the inflatable is overcrowded, it is! Remove some children and organise them to take turns. Never have small and big kids on the unit together. There is a ‘duty of care’ on the hiree to ensure that your event/party runs without incident. Please read the terms and conditions of hire.
